Day trade FTW until the banks die.

I'm not sure any of companies I currently like fundamentally (FSLR, AMZN et al) are going anywhere fast under these conditions.  So I've actually changed my strategy these past weeks to more of a day trader.  I'm not holding much (if anything) overnight since it seems like we wake up every morning right now and disaster has struck.  I don't know where the bottom is and I'm not comfortable gambling on that.

What I am comfortable with is day trading the companies I know will do well eventually so even if I take a loss one of these days I feel good about holding until they go up again.  This means I don't short (though I could if I wanted to).  You'll see me continue to day trade a small group of stocks until I feel better about where we are at.  And frankly day trading has yielded much better results for me this year than any of my fundamental longer term investments have.

I prefer the longer term fundamental investment style as it's not as nerve racking and time consuming as day trading is but I want returns and I'm not going to leave my money anywhere for long until all the banks stop collapsing.
