Anyone Know Anything about SGR's Business?
I'm going to take off my trader hat and put on my investor hat on this one.
From what I understand they have over $1 billion in cash and a market cap of 2.2 billion. That would give them $12-13 per share just in cash. They also have a backlog of $22.9 billion. I can't for the life of me understand this valuation and it appears that the street doesn't know how to value it either.
Anyway, I'm in at $25.60 and it's trading down after earnings from anywhere from $23 to $25.50.
I gotta believe this is back in the $30's this year sometime. I probably won't be around, but if anyone can offer an insights I appreciate it.
(They just mentioned $15-16 in cash per share on the conference call.)
