Citigroup: worst in Banks-Money Center subsector
Holding Rationale for C.
I sold this short after it rallied to the 50 day, and then dropped below it on increasing volume. IBD rates it worst in the Banks-Money Center subsector. Their Acc/Dis score is a solid E. My initial stop is at 34.30.
