Holding Rationale for PPO.
So, the pattern caught my eye, a 31 week cup with handle. Then, a relatively low PSR of 1.38, and a high RS, 90. And an Accumulation/Distribution score of A. It broke out with a gap, and volume well above average. My initial stop is at 40.80.
