I use an investment strategy that capitalizes on short to mid term momentum. My system borrows largely from the teachings of Van Tharp, Trader Vic, and several other notables.
I keep my system as simple as possible. I only go long on winners and I only go short on losers. There are no exceptions. My aim is to follow the trends and to 'let my profits run, and cut my losses short.'
Stop losses protect my downside, and they are scaled up (or down) incrementally when a position moves in my favor.
