Investment Style

I like to hold some things that are good income stocks. HIGH DIVIDEND YEILDS WHICH IS USUALLY A REIT. Real Estate Investment Trusts. These are required to pay out a huge portion of the companys profits as dividends to share holders. I also have othe short term investments, Such as FRE freddie mac, that I just aim to make a quick buck and get out, becuase of the FUNDAMENTALS.

I got started just researching and pretty much just knew that I needed to start investing and the sooner I started the better. I have been trading for only a year and have made 30% ROI so far. So I hope I can continue to perform. I run all of my investments through Louis Naviliiers BLUECHIPGROWTH.COM porfolio grader. He has teams of analysts rating on fundamentals and technical and quantum.
