Investment Style
I have my retirement portfolio in a buy & hold balanced allocation that performed remarkably well during the past year. In my taxable account, I have a small sum that I use try and generate some of the money that will be going into that retirement allocation each year. The second account is the one I'll be tracking here.
I try to look at the market in many ways. I look at technicals. I look at momentum and trends. I also do some fundamental analysis on sectors. Which sectors are likely to outperform or underperform the market in the near and midterm? These observations and analyses
How KidShaleen Got Started
I really became interested in stocks, investing, and the financial markets during the tech bubble of the late nineties. Fortunately I missed out on the fall. I've always been fascinated with the fact that with research, hard work and a bit of luck, a person can take money and turn it into more money by buying and selling stocks.
