Investment Style

I'm trying to be measured in how much risk I take. My investment goals continue to evolve as my understanding of investment strategies grows. Right now my main goal is simply to have a 10% annual return after inflation.

I look for both long and short term opportunities. In the sort term I'll buy stocks I think will jump on a an upcoming earnings report and sell days later. I'll also buy stocks that seem popular with the "herd" and sell after a few days when the momentum wears off. To date I haven't been satisfied with the results.
