Terrible day in the markets and NNLX up 11%?!?!?! What?

Holding Rationale for NNLX.

This appears to be a very good sign of stength in a stock...

General markets all down +2% and this little stock is UP +11%!  :-)

Volume came in at 261,765, or 140% of daily average - another good sign...

All on no news by the company?  There is more buying interest than selling, so share price is moving up.  Gotta like it!

Maybe THIS will get me to at least #2 in the rankings?

Secondly, can anyone tell me why there are still only THREE owners of this stock on here?!?!?  We are looking for stocks that go UP right?  Yes, it's only 30 cents, but seems others can risk at least $30 to buy 100 shares...  What am I missing?  Oh well, guess folks will pile in when it finally hits +$1...  Then more at $2 and lots at +$3?

Take good care;

Yes, I am also up on the day tnx to Nanologix. BTW I was the catalyst for the big run up about 1 week ago. Did not intend it to be so. The share price was .19 and I wanted to see how many shares were available. So I ordered up 50K. You were correct. Shares being accumulated not sold. I pushed the price up to .23 and after it kept going up. I watched the screen in amazement as the price rose over .30. To bad its a pink sheet stock. No level II trading so can't watch distribution of bid/ask.

Hi Pablo;

Glad that NNLX helped make this down day a positive one for you! It sure was a positive one for me! ;-)

Yes, one has to be very careful here with market orders. Someone likely got a very big surprise after you pushed it up to 23, then someone to 30, and a huge surprise was the fill at 51 cents!

All this on no news makes me really want to see what will happen when news does come out. Shares changing hands today at 30 cents makes it appear to me that we will break thru this resistance level soon and be off to the races again. Ok, so it's been a few years since NNLX traded at 30 cents, still think there are lots of folks watching this. My guess is some are expecting it to go back down, so aren't yet buying. But when the price goes above 30 cents, it should bring them in. Maybe? Time will tell but this year has been fun so far!

Take good care;

Weekend update! Checking wee little NanoLogix, closed at 30 cents, so still moving UP!

STILL only 3 CoVestor investors holding the stock, but now ALL are up 200% to 500%! :-)

Checking CoVestor rankings for $$$ portfolios, am pesonally now ranked #2, based on Sharpe ratio; and #1 based on % Return! Don't want to brag, but still really confused why this isn't gathering more following as have moved up the rankings... Maybe it's because CoVestor doesn't yet list NNLX as one of the top three stocks? Seems this area could be improved to highlight stocks breaking out from pivots, etc. Rather than just what went up the highest percentage. The highest percentage gainers are interesting, but most are likely past a proper buy point. Maybe this gives us Short candidates?

Just posted on yahoo that maybe others either don't yet know about the stock, or since it's a pink sheet stock, don't believe the patents - story. My analogy was that maybe we view NanoLogix like a new railroad. Without a completed line, it has no revenue and so most think the stock is worthless. Likely worth less than $0 as company has ongoing expenses. But once the railroad line is built, then folks can ride the line, find out it is real, and some will buy at that point. Others will want to wait for the financials to be reported, and others even longer until the financials show a positive net earnings. Each is a valid entry point and mostly depends upon what level of risk the investor is comfortable with. NanoLogix has repeatedly reported they have patents, potential clients and are building the manufacturing facility. So those that believed the story bought in at 5 cents and now could now have a 500% gain. Those that waited longer, maybe to 15 cents, now have a 200% gain.

Yes, do see the chart and others have commented it can't sustain this rate of appreciation. Maybe, maybe not as can't exactly predict the future. Per Pablo, maybe have got too much 'Hero Worship' for this stock on my part; but it's executing the business plan, so continue to believe and enjoy the gains thus far!

Have a great July 4th!

In uncharted terrritory with NNLX. Patents worth $$$ but that won't be proven until manufacturing facility in operation. Historically only a few companies come to mind for meteoric rise in price over short periods of time (usually a few years). Polaroid, Xerox, Apple, Google, EMC. Think it hard for investors to get interested in a penny stock that has little glamour as does high tech electronics. Most don't have any understanding for the market potential of the patents held by NNLX. If I told someone that the annual market for agar/petri dish based bacterial testing was 1B they would think me exaggerating and not understand what I was talking about. So I think this stock will be a "show me" before price rise greatly acccelerates.

BTW...I can wait. Prefer not to have short term capital gains.
