When you understand Human behavior (greed and fear), only then will you do well in the markets.  In the name of Greed or Fear, men will do ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING.  They always have, always will... It is NEVER different. EVER. Therefore, believe only what they do and have been doing, not what they say...

Often it will seem I am abandoning seemingly good trades (to long term traders).  It is part impatience but mostly risk control as I trade on margin aggressively I do not allow stocks a long leash, especially in the thankfully less common not-ideal entry price trade. Most of the time though, these trades work as the prevailing trend is in favor. I rarely fight trends, unless there is an inpenetrable wall fundamentally and techincally I feel strongly the market cannot overcome.  Long term success is ours!  Good luck!!

My "guide" next few days which I'll file away ASAP...

SP 500. Declining trendline from last fall as well as November low very likely to stop/slow down the bull proceedings. 2 Trendlines intersecting is as good as it gets for counter trades so I'll be building short breakdown triggers especially for AFTER Ben day at end of month. I think we'll muddle sideways/higher till then.  As always, I'll trade what I see..

30 Min S&P Flag.. Usually resolve upward.. hard to believe there's anything that could take us up but nothing seems able to take us down..

Too many trades today when doing nothing would have been best.  My constant interference really reducing my returns.. Today RYL was taken short automatically as planned on break of 33 but I chose to cover it as I keep looking at the overall markets for individual trade decisions and since DOW was likely to bottom (try to?) at 12,400 I killed a perfect trade...

Once again must re-double efforts to avoid looking at markets during the day.. very time consuming AND counter-productive.. Perhaps I'll be 80, wealthy from trading and still dealing with the same issues. Exasperating..
