PDO, ROYL, FPP, and MXC my favorite runners from May look like they are setting up for one more run.  These aren't perfect set ups and may never materialize but I know they can run and will watch closely for an entry if they do.

Shame on me.  How does fool me three times go?

WEL has been consolidating making higher lows since its failed breakout about a month ago.  I lost money on the failure and another time along the way.  I'm giving it one more chance.  The set up looks solid this time and it broke through 2.79 with significant volume today even if the close wasn't anything special.  Ideally this will be a quick 10% gain.  I'll be looking to sell if it can't take out 2.91 today's high and cut losses quickly if it fails...
